Not all issues are resolved between Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh and Navjot Singh Sidhu, Congress's state in-charge Harish Rawat told NDTV, underlining that there's desire for peace in the state unit. Navjot Sidhu officially took over as the state party chief after a long drawn-out tussle with Amarinder Singh. The Chief Minister though was present at the event marking Mr Sidhu's inauguration as the state unit head. Mr Rawat said that the party needs Navjot Sidhu's aggression as the "state needs a PCC chief who bats on the front foot".
