Moolchand Hospital in south Delhi sent out an SOS over oxygen shortage as it appealed for urgent help from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Lt Governor Anil Baijal. More than 130 Covid patients are on life support, it stressed. "The government has its act together in terms of having an emergency vehicle which supplies oxygen. But I think on the ground, no one answers the calls. That emergency tanker of oxygen doesn't reach the hospitals. The execution is key,"Vibhu Talwar, Managing Director of Moolchand Healthcare, told NDTV.
