Tamil Nadu Government will not be flagging off the third phase of vaccination from today as the state is yet to receive 1.5 crore doses it had ordered from the Serum Institute and Bharat Biotech. केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने अब पॉज़िटिविटी रेट के आधार देश के अलग-अलग ज़िलों में कोरोना नियंत्रण करने का फ़ैसला किया है. देश के 400 ज़िले ऐसे हैं, जहां हफ़्ते भर में पॉज़िटिविटी रेट 10 फ़ीसदी से ज़्यादा है और यहां संक्रमण के ख़तरे को रोकने को लेकर केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने राज्यों को सख्त कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया है. वहीं इन 400 ज़िलों में से 265 ज़िले में लॉकडाउन लगाने पर भी चर्चा है, जहां कि पॉज़िटिविटी रेट पिछले हफ़्ते भर में 15 फ़ीसदी से ज़्यादा है. अब फ़ैसला राज्यों को करना है.

देश में कोरोना के नए केसों में बढ़ोत्‍तरी का सिलसिला थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है. सोमवार को कोरोना के नए मामलों का आंकड़ा साढ़े तीन लाख के आंकड़े को पार कर गया है. केंद्रीय स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य मंत्रालय के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, पिछले 24 घंटों में देश में कोरोना के 3,52991 केस सामने आए हैं.जबकि इस अवधि में कोरोनावायरस संक्रमण से 2,812 लोगों को जान गंवानी पड़ी है.लगातार पांचवां दिन देश में तीन लाख से ज़्यादा मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं. देश में कोविड-19 के एक्टिव केसों की संख्‍या भी बढ़ते हुए 2813658 पहुंच गई है.

लगातार तीसरे दिन देश में कोरोना संक्रमण के ढाई लाख से ज्यादा मामले

कोरोना संक्रमण के मामलों की रफ्तार बदस्तूर जारी है. केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार मंगलवार को एक बार फिर देश में ढाई लाख से ज्यादा नए मामले सामने आए हैं. यह लगातार तीसरा दिन है जब देश में ढाई लाख से ज्यादा नए मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं, मंत्रालय के अनुसार पिछले 24 घंटों में देश में 2,59,170 नए मामले आने के बाद कुल संक्रमितों की संख्या 1,53,21,089 हो गई है. वहीं इस अवधि में मरने वालों की संख्या सर्वाधिक 1761 रही है, जिसके बाद कुल मृतकों की संख्या 1,80,530 हो गई है. सबसे चिंता का विषय यह है कि देश में एक्टिव मरीजों की संख्या बढ़कर 20 लाख के आंकड़े को पार कर गई है.

Vaccine Makers Given Advance Payment Till July: Sources

The centre has given 100 per cent advance to two of India's Covid vaccine manufacturers till July, senior sources in the Finance Ministry told NDTV on Monday night. The advance - calculated as ₹ 3,000 crore for the Serum Institute (which produces Covishield) and ₹ 1,500 crore for Bharat Biotech (which produces Covaxin) will ensure the two manufacturers get the funding necessary to continue, and scale up, production of vaccines, the sources said.

भारत में कोरोनावायरस का प्रकोप किसी भी तरह काबू में आता नज़र नहीं आ रहा है, और सोमवार को लगातार दूसरे दिन देश में ढाई लाख से ज़्यादा नए COVID-19 केस दर्ज किए गए हैं. केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, पिछले 24 घंटों के दौरान देशभर में 2,73,810 नए कोरोना मामले सामने आए, जबकि एक दिन में वायरस के चलते 1,619 मौतें दर्ज हुईं. यह दोनों ही आंकड़े एक दिन में अब तक दर्ज हुई सबसे बड़ी संख्याएं हैं. इन आंकड़ों को जोड़कर कोरोना का फैलाव होने के बाद से देशभर में अब तक 1,50,61,919 लोग संक्रमण का शिकार हो चुके हैं, और कुल 1,78,769 लोगों ने वायरस के कारण जान गंवाई है.

At least 10 Covid patients have reportedly died due to low pressure in Liquid Oxygen tank at government medical college in Madhya Pradesh's Shahdol district. The district administration and the hospital has however dismissed the news as factually incorrect. "Only six deaths were reported last night in ICU. Lack of oxygen is not the cause.There are a total of 62 critical patients in the ICU itself. Overall there were 255 patients in the Covid hospital last night.
