Ladakh based engineer and innovator Sonam Wangchuk has said the tension in China should be solved diplomatically. He had recently suggested a boycott of Chinese goods after Indian and Chinese soldiers were involved in a violent face-off in eastern Ladakh. He said war has a cost and such issues should be solved with talks.
