Congress spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi said today that he was aghast at the response of Niti Aayog vice chairperson Rajiv Kumar on the NSSO report on employment figures. Claiming that the country was becoming the laughing stock for the world, he said Mr Kumar must not speak like the spokesperson of the government.
