A terror module inspired by ISIS, planning suicide attacks on vital installations and VIPs, has been detected, officials said in Delhi today. Ten people have been arrested by the National Investigation Agency or NIA and six others have been detained following searches in multiple locations in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. The group, officials said, was planning to carry out suicide attacks in north India, especially Delhi. Their target list includes vital installations, crowded places and VIPs.
