200 AIIMS Resident Doctors Have Not Got First Vaccine Dose

The Indian Medical Association says 329 doctors have died in the second Covid wave since the first week of April and that many of the doctors had not been fully vaccinated. At AIIMS, the Resident Doctors Association is raising the issue of how many of their doctors are struggling to get vaccinated. 200 resident doctors have not even got their first dose yet. 200 others are yet to get their second dose. The AIIMS Resident Doctors Association has 2,500 members. NDTV's Sukirti Dwivedi spoke with Dr Amandeep Singh, the president of the association and Dr Amit Malviya, its vice president.
