Nine to 10 loyalists of Jyotiraditya Scindia will be among the 26 to 28 ministers who would take oath in Shivraj Singh Chouhan's government in Madhya Pradesh today, sources told NDTV. It is also likely that a section of Mr Chouhan's loyalists will not find place in the expanded cabinet, sources said, indicating that the Chief Minister has been unable to carry his point with the central leadership.

Coronavirus "Under Control" In Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal Cites Numbers

Delhi has managed to slow down the spread of coronavirus for now, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said today, citing figures that fall short of predictions for June. In place of the predicted 60,000 active cases by the end of June, Delhi has only around 26,000, he said. the number of cases detected each day, has also gone down from last week -- around 2,500 a day instead of the close to 4,000.

बिहार में एक शादी समारोह के मामले ने प्रशासन और स्वास्थ्य विभाग की परेशानी को बढ़ा दिया है. शादी में शामिल होने वाले लोग तेजी से संक्रमित पाए जा रहे हैं. अब तक इस शादी समारोह में शामिल हुए 369 लोगों की जांच हो चुकी है. अब 111 संक्रमित पाए गए हैं. पटना के जिला अधिकारी ने इस मामले की जांच के आदेश दिए हैं. जांच का बिंदु होगा कि आखिर जब किसी शादी में 50 से अधिक लोगों के भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं हैं तो इतनी बड़ी संख्या में लोग कैसे जुटे? दूसरा जब दूल्हे को लक्षण था तब परिवारवालों ने जांच क्यों नहीं कराया?
