सिंपल समाचार : सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दो बड़े फैसले

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को दो बड़े फैसले सुनाए. पहला फ़ैसला एडल्ट्री ऐक्ट को लेकर था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पांच जजों की बेंच ने एकमत से 157 साल पुराने इस क़ानून को रद्द कर दिया. दोपहर होते-होते सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दूसरा बड़ा फ़ैसला आया जो अयोध्या विवाद से जुड़ा हुआ. मस्जिद में नमाज़ के मुद्दे को तीन जजों की बेंच ने बड़ी बेंच के हवाले करने से इनकार कर दिया. यानी अयोध्या मामले में ज़मीन से जुड़े विवाद की ही सुनवाई होगी.

महिला ने बच्‍चे पर चढ़ा दी कार, बाल-बाल बची जान

मुंबई में कुछ ऐसा हुआ जिसने हर किसी को हैरान कर दिया. एक बच्चा दोस्तों के साथ पार्किंग में खेल रहा था. वहीं एक महिला ने कार निकाली और बच्चे के ऊपर चढ़ा दी. घटना का सीसीटीवी फुटेज सामने आया है जिसे देखकर कोई भी दांतो तले उंगली दबा ले. वीडियो में दिख रहा है कि कार गुजरने के बाद बच्चा फिर उठ गया और दौड़ने लगा. बच्चा खेलते वक्त नीचे बैठ गया और जूतों के लेस बांधने लगा. उसी वक्त महिला ने बिना देखे कार चला दी जिससे वो नीचे आ गया.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला- मस्जिद में नमाज का मामला बड़ी बेंच को नहीं

राम जन्मभूमि- बाबरी मस्जिद विवाद से जुड़े एक अहम मामले मस्जिद में नमाज इस्लाम का अभिन्न हिस्सा नहीं है, पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आज अहम फैसला आ गया. आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि 1994 के संविधान पीठ के फैसले पर पुनर्विचार की जरूरत नहीं है और यह मामला अब बडी़ बेंच में नहीं भेजा जाएगा. उच्चतम न्यायालय ने ‘मस्जिद इस्लाम का अभिन्न अंग है या नहीं’ के बारे में शीर्ष अदालत के 1994 के फैसले को फिर से विचार के लिए पांच सदस्यीय संविधान पीठ के पास भेजने से गुरुवार को इनकार कर दिया..
